Kalah Woerner

Kalah Woerner has been an integral part of Chancey Architecture since 1997, dedicating her entire career to the firm. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland at College Park and is a registered architect in the State of Florida, LEED AP, and a member of AIA. Kalah's expertise lies primarily in multifamily projects, including apartments, condos, independent senior living communities, mixed-use buildings, student housing, and development houses. She has also played a pivotal role in leading Chancey's quality control team, ensuring the highest standards in architectural design and sustainability practices.

From 2012 to 2017, Kalah served as a National Green Building Standard Verifier, contributing to the certification of numerous large multifamily apartment communities across Florida. Her dedication and expertise were recognized with the prestigious Green Partner of Excellence award in 2013, highlighting her commitment to sustainable architecture and design innovation.

Outside of work, Kalah finds joy in exploring the community of Tampa with her husband. They are proud parents of two boys who have recently embarked on their own journeys, having "left the nest." Together, they enjoy attending sporting events, traveling, and savoring the beauty of life in Tampa Bay, accompanied by their beloved dogs.
