Lia Bernhardt

Lia Bernhardt joined Chancey Architecture in 2016 after earning her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auburn University. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in the firm, leveraging her expertise in multi-family and commercial projects, both new builds and renovations.

Lia's versatile skill set includes project management, BIM management, drafting, and IT. Her ability to adapt and excel in various roles within the industry has made her an invaluable asset to Chancey.

Born and raised in Tampa, Lia brings a deep connection to the local community and a passion for contributing to its architectural landscape.
