Miranda Boutwell

Miranda Boutwell joined Chancey Architecture in March 2023 as an Architectural Designer. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Architecture and Design in December 2022 and began her professional career with Chancey just two months later. This role marks her first position in the architectural field.

Miranda has already contributed to notable projects, including the training facility for the Tampa Bay Sun Football Club, Tampa’s first professional women’s sports team.

Her areas of expertise include mixed-use projects, tenant improvements, and residential projects. She excels in construction documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork, making her a valuable asset to the Chancey team.

Outside of her professional life, Miranda is a sports enthusiast with a competitive spirit, having played college basketball for two years. Her love for sports continues to drive her passion and competitiveness in her architectural career.
