Tres Carter

Tres Carter is a Junior Architect who joined Chancey Architecture in 2023. During college, he gained valuable experience by working with various architecture firms and collaborating with his mom's contractor, honing his construction and demolition skills.

Tres's academic highlights include placing second in Auburn University's Wood Competition in 2020, studying in Japan for a month, and researching the future of architecture and design combined with artificial intelligence for his thesis. He graduated from Auburn University in 2023 and is actively pursuing his architectural licensure.

After joining Chancey Design, Tres moved to the Seagrove Beach office to support the Alys Beach projects. This role has allowed him to gain comprehensive experience across administration, finances, marketing, and design.

Tres's expertise includes construction documentation and administration, rendering (images and videos), and IT support. He is committed to integrating the latest technologies to enhance firm workflows. His skills encompass transforming schematic plans into live 3D models, visualizing construction assemblies, and managing file documentation. Outside of work, Tres is a talented artist, sculptor, and photographer, continually striving to balance his professional and personal pursuits.
