Tamarah Balbontin

Tamarah Balbontin has been an integral part of Chancey Interior Design since 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Cum Laude from the University of South Florida, and a Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute, where she also completed the NCARB Internship. Tamarah is on track to complete her NCIDQ Certification in Fall 2024.

Tamarah's expertise spans interior architecture, interior design in public, educational, multi-family, senior living, historic residential, and high-end residential sectors. She is skilled in AutoCAD, REVIT, the full Adobe Suite, construction documents and details, specification writing, project management from construction through post-occupancy follow-up, and FF&E from selection through installation.

Additionally, Tamarah studied with the Pratt In Venice Program and is a member of the Architecture, Culture, and Spirituality Forum.
