Peter Fertig

Peter Fertig joined Chancey Architecture in 2015 and brings over 30 years of experience in the architectural field. As a Licensed Architect with a LEED AP accreditation, Peter has a broad range of experience during the design, construction document, and construction administration phases of numerous projects of various sizes and building types.

Peter is known for his “hands on” approach to project management. He emphasizes careful listening to both clients and contractors to develop quick and thoughtful solutions to any problems encountered. His project management style fosters productive meetings and helps overcome the obstacles faced during the design and construction of a project.

Throughout his career, Peter has successfully managed projects by creating a collaborative environment, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards a common goal. His dedication to his clients and meticulous attention to detail make him an invaluable asset to the Chancey Design team.
