Walt Chancey is the visionary Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Chancey Architecture, established in 1989. With 35 years of experience, Walt has been instrumental in shaping the design and development landscape of senior living properties across the US and high-end residential properties in unique locations such as Colorado, Montana, Idaho, and The Bahamas.

A graduate of Auburn University, Walt is a registered architect in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Idaho. His professional affiliations include The American Institute of Architects, The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and The Urban Land Institute. Walt’s focus is always on the client’s needs, leveraging his extensive understanding of what clients are looking for to add significant value to each project. This expertise allows him to bring more than just architectural knowledge to the first meeting with a new client, encompassing marketing, sales, and creative financing options necessary for success.
